Shipping & Delivery

We want your scooter to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. We offer free shipping to Spain and Portugal, with every scooter dispatched from our EU warehouse in secure, protective packaging and fully insured during transport.

Shipping Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on a working day are packed and handed over to our freight forwarder the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Times

• Germany & Austria: 1–2 working days via express freight. Your delivery date will be arranged by telephone.
• Spain, Portugal & the rest of the EU: 3–6 working days.
• Switzerland & Norway: 4–8 working days, plus any time required for customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination and local transport conditions.

Battery Safety & Freight Regulations

Our scooters contain large lithium batteries classified as hazardous materials under UN3171 transport regulations.

For safety and regulatory compliance, scooters are shipped by road freight rather than standard parcel post. For this reason, delivery to parcel lockers, packing stations, or mailboxes is not available. Please provide a suitable physical delivery address.

Upon Delivery

Please inspect the packaging carefully before signing for your delivery.

If you notice any damage to the outer packaging:

• Record the damage on the driver's delivery documents before signing.
• Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging.
• Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with the transport insurance claim.

Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs, VAT & Import Duties

Deliveries within the EU: Prices include applicable VAT, with no additional customs charges for standard EU deliveries.

Switzerland, Norway & the United Kingdom: Import duties and local sales taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient upon arrival.
