General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Your Contractual Partner

Your contractual partner for all purchases made through this online shop is:

Company: [Company name]
Address: [Street and house number, postal code and location, Spain]
Commercial Register: [Registration number and register court, if applicable]
VAT ID: [Valid VAT identification number]
Managing Director: [Name, if applicable]
Email: contact@dualtronx.store
Telephone: +34 587 475 756

Please replace all placeholders with your verified legal business information before publishing these terms.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The products and prices displayed in our online shop constitute an invitation to place an order and do not represent a binding offer from us.

By completing the checkout process and submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

A purchase contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

If a product becomes unavailable unexpectedly, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payments already received for the affected order.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable statutory VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any applicable shipping costs are displayed before you complete your order.

We make every effort to ensure that all product information and prices are accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it before dispatch. We will inform you of any material correction and explain the available options before proceeding.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Klarna, where available
  • SEPA bank transfer

Payment must be completed using the selected payment method and according to its applicable terms.

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

For orders paid by bank transfer, the ordered goods will be reserved for five working days. If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and release the goods, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

5. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, transport conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our shipping destinations, delivery estimates, and applicable shipping costs are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable mandatory law.

For business purchases, the risk passes to the freight forwarder upon handover, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

6. Age Requirements and Intended Use

Our high-performance electric scooters are sold exclusively to customers aged 18 or older.

Some models exceed the speed or power limits permitted for use on public roads in many European countries. Depending on the model and the laws applicable at your location, these vehicles may be suitable only for private property, closed circuits, or off-road use.

Before purchasing or operating a scooter, you are responsible for checking and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations, including requirements concerning:

  • Road use and vehicle classification
  • Registration and insurance
  • Helmets and protective equipment
  • Driving licences and minimum age requirements
  • Local speed and power restrictions

Purchasing a scooter does not guarantee that it is legally permitted on public roads in your country. Always verify the applicable requirements before riding.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We remain fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health, in accordance with applicable law.

In cases of slight negligence, our liability is limited to breaches of material contractual obligations. Where legally permitted, liability for such breaches is limited to damage that was foreseeable and typical for the relevant contract.

We are not responsible for consequences arising from unlawful use of a scooter, failure to comply with applicable traffic regulations, or improper use without appropriate protective equipment, to the extent permitted by law and subject to any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Warranty, Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.

Any applicable statutory warranty rights, additional voluntary warranty coverage, and the right of withdrawal are described in our dedicated Warranty Policy and Returns Policy.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the relevant conditions, deadlines, and procedures are explained on our Returns page.

Please consult those pages for details about eligibility, return procedures, and any applicable exceptions. Nothing in our policies is intended to restrict your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by German law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply under the laws of your country of habitual residence.

Where applicable, disputes may be addressed through the competent courts or appropriate alternative dispute resolution bodies in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

Unless required by applicable law, we are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Information about recognized consumer dispute resolution bodies in EU Member States, Norway, and Iceland is available through the European Commission's Consumer Redress website:

10. Changes to These Terms

The version of these General Terms and Conditions in force at the time you place your order applies to that purchase.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, products, or legal obligations. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised update date.

Changes will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to orders already placed, except where permitted or required by applicable law.
